You tell us how many adults are attending.
The date, timeline and location, we will then research the venue and if necessary visit if we are not already familiar.

We will then establish a set up charge; this will cover all staff, transport and hire costs and will also depend on the type of venue, event and the time needed on site. This includes all glasses, waste removal, licensing, special requests etc. So there can be no additional charges or hidden costs.

 

We then keep the bar take which is how we make it work, because The Deck is a trading Bar as well as an Event Bar Company we have good buying power and no sale or return and storage issues for stock. That's how we keep the bar prices low. If we fail to turn over what we estimate this does not affect any costs, this is why we research the event.
